On November 30, 2022, Hangzhou Okamura Furniture Co., Ltd., jointly invested and established by Hangcha Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hangcha Group") and Okamura Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Okamura") is founded. This is the third company jointly invested by both parties after Hangzhou Okamura Transmission Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Hangcha Okamura Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Its main business is the production of high-end office seats.
Okamura is currently the largest office furniture maker in Japan and the fourth in the world. After the establishment of the joint venture, the production base of Okamura's furniture will be moved to the Hangcha Group Industrial Park, and Hangcha will help expand the market share with our intelligent manufacturing capabilities and resources. Through the cooperation in the manufacturing capacity of branded furniture, Hangcha Group has gradually introduced the production of Okamura furniture into the Hangcha manufacturing system, laying a solid foundation for the further expansion of cooperation between the two parties.
